StationVerdict exists to answer one question before you buy a portable power station: how long will it run the things you need?

Manufacturers lead with capacity and peak watts. Those numbers matter, but they don't tell you whether a station gets your CPAP through the night or your fridge through an outage. So every page here starts with runtime on real devices.

How we work

We collect specs from manufacturer pages, dealer listings and independent reviews, and we name our sources on every review. We don't run a test lab. Runtimes are calculated with a published formula and a realistic efficiency, explained on the runtime calculator page.

When a manufacturer changes a spec or we find an error, we update the page and its "last checked" date.
